HOW TO BOOK
• Choose the boat you want from our Boats Page.
• Decide which week you would like to book on our Prices Page. Crossed out weeks are already booked.
• Either, go to our Secure Online Booking Form and use a debit or credit card to immediately request the boat be reserved for you.
• Or, if you want to pay your deposit by cheque, email or phone us (01789 773205). We will put a provisional booking on the boat and hold the booking for 5 days (UK) and 14 days (other than UK). Complete our Print Out Booking Form and post it to us with your deposit.
• Please make sure you have read our Conditions of Hire and about our Cancellation Scheme.

Following the receipt of your deposit and completed booking form we will acknowledge receipt and confirm your booking and send you an invoice for the balance of the hire fee, please send a separate cheque for £100 damage deposit payable with the balance to be paid in full, 6 weeks before your holiday.

Booking Notes

•Take Over Times
Boats will be available between 2.30pm and 4.30 on Saturday. Arrival outside these designated times only with prior arrangement please. If you get delayed on your journey and estimate you will be arriving after 4.30 please ring us and let us know on 01789 773205 as special arrangements may need to be made for staff to be there to meet you.
(Please note. Mallard is our only Friday start boat, and the same conditions apply accept arrival is between 2pm and 4pm Fridays.)

•Boats must be returned and vacated by 9.00am at the end of your holiday in a clean condition.

•Prices Include
Upper Avon, Lower Avon and British Waterways Canal and River Severn licences, the weekly hire of the boat including VAT, fuel, gas, heating, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, pillows, duvets, buoyancy aids, outside car parking (2 cars per boat), Third Party Liability Insurance up to £1,000,000. Waterway guide books. Tuition including the workings of the boat and locks. Bed linen included but not towels and teatowels. A small 150W inverter is available on each boat for mobile phone/laptop charging etc. Please ask for details.
•Additional Charges
Damage deposit: The damage deposit cheque will be returned to you in the week following the holiday, after the boat has been inspected, and provided there are no losses or damage to the boat and its equipment. If the boat is returned late or in an unclean state and it requires extra cleaning, this will cost the company and therefore the deposit may not be returned.
N.B. Please send separate cheque.
Pets: House trained pets are welcome (Max 2 per boat) at a price of £15 per pet.
Cancellation scheme: We recommend our scheme is taken out, once the booking is secured the hirer is STILL liable for the entire cost of the booking if they cancel. The cost is £2.35 per £50 of the hire fee. (Click to see details.)
Fuel At present fuel charges are inclusive. However in the event of fuel prices rising, we regret we will have to make a surcharge to correct the cost.
•Reductions
A 5% reduction is offered on a 2 week booking.
•Short Breaks Boats are sometimes available for hire for short breaks (minimum 4 nights). Please telephone or email for availability.
